EINSTEIN'S THEORY:-
A SUM WAS WRONG
New York, March 7.
Scientific circles heard to-day that Dr. Albert Einstein has been forced to revise his theory of matter because of valid defects found in his field equation by a fellow physicist.
The nature of the now Einstein) theory has not been revealed, butį
he has informed fellow antral Misuse Of The

Einstein to discard parts of his ADMIRALTY NOTICE TO theory as defective is published by Dr. Ludwik Silberstein of the Uhi- versity of Toronto in the current issue of the Physical Review, copy was submitted to Dr. Elustel before it was offered for publication and the objections were accepted by him ne valid.
Dr. Silberstein concluded that the Einstein equation, which was expected to
explain the gravita tional powers of matter, provides
a kind of matter that has no! gravitational powers at all.
Some time ago attention was called to the fact that there was increasing misuse of the White Ensign. It was frequent- ly being used as a purely decora tive flag ashore and had actually been used by civic authorities when afloat in a small boat for the ceremony of "beating the bounds" of a coastal town.
