The last despatch from Austin as to the circulation of one dollar notes is in circulation with the Treasury.
A letter as to the currency is on its way.
It is satisfactory that Sir D. Kennedy appears to realize that the Bank entered on an exceptional privilege in conformity with a mistaken policy.
