Girl Guido officer and friends gathered at Sandilands Hut, yer tarlay afternoon, on the occasion of the presentation of a Medal of Merit to Mrs. G. E. L. Grist, Deputy Colony Commissioner.
Before the medal was presented by Lady Southern, O-B., representatives of various Girl Guide companies in the Colony formed a horse-shoe and presented colours, Mesdames Thorpo, and Lonson and Minn Newton were then enrolled as Guider by Lady Southorn.
