The semi-official Nippon Dempo Agency reports from Hailar that the Japanese and Manchukuo air forces are prepared for instant action as a result of the severe tension on the Man- chukuo-Mongolia frontier,

Manchukuo military leaders are consulting as a result of the most recent frontier clash, which occurred Wednesday. In this fight seven Japanese and Manchukuoaris were killed and eight were wounded. Only one Mongolian was slain, according to unofficial figures.. Seven Mongolians were wounded.
