The student's progress will be issued under the hand of the Chairman of the Board. An Implicate of such certificate will be forwarded to the
Colonial Secretary

Should any peculiar circumstance under which a student may be placed render it necessary to modify the above scheme of Examinations, The Board will have power so to do, and will report the same to the Colonial Secretary.
