British refusal to remove its concentrations of ships from the Mediterranean is said to be based on the large reinforcements of Italian troops in Libya, on the Egyptian border. The above photos and map show. British and Italian troop concentration in Africa, also British ships guarding Port Said and Alexandria harbours. Britain is reported to have sent additional troops to the Libyan border.
