5. The general Revenue would be subject to loss of the interest now accruing on this deposit during the period that the advance remained unpaid. It would be necessary that (bes. as it seems) GR1178/1922/32(III) annually $8000 of 4% should be annually charged on the general Revenue to replace the capital advanced.
