London, Nov. 8. It is learned that large orders for ammunition and rifle, and machine-guns

other War material, has been placed with a well-known British armaments firm by the Ethiopian Government.

A fully-equipped unit of "the British Ambulance Service for Ethiopia," consisting of four doctors, five orderlies and trans- port personnal, will sail from London under the auspices of the British Red Cross Society on November 16 by steamer for Berbera.

At Berbern, the unit will be joined by 26 trained African dressers from Kenya and Uganda, and it will then proceed to the Ogaden war zone.`
