This reply ... not decided the Admiralty one 13484; at the same time it does not look as if much the Colony were likely to get pecuniary assistance from the Admiralty.
I thought it may be worth while for them to consider the proposal, as made; which are essentially a matter of local expenditure, I expect Mr. A. Kennedy to report to me on this part of the scheme on such terms-
