26. On arrival at their Station, they will be given sufficient rest. They will proceed to such work as may be allotted to them, not more than the work as has been done with ... however working more than 10 hours a day unless they themselves wish to do so, for which increase of pay will be given..
27. Wages will be paid monthly or otherwise as may be determined & medical attendance will be given them gratis for any illness contracted in the performance of their duties.
28. During their residence in Australia they will be subject to the laws of that country..
29. On the expiration of their agreement they will return to their native country.
