In placing these suggestions before you:
we trust the same will meet with favourable consideration, & that you feel inclined to support and advance our views to the proper authorities.
And your Petitioners will ever pray.
9:1. The Emigrant must be an able-bodied man of age from 18 to 35 & free from infectious disease.
No 2. All Emigrants are to be inspected by a competent medical officer before embarking & must be provided with at least one suit of clothing.
2.3. All shipments at first must be male men. After a period, a percentage of married couples will be provided for.
2:4. During the voyage, they will be under Medical Supervision, with necessary interpreters on board, will be properly fed & otherwise cared for.
