Sub-Inspector Walsh stated that- Wong and Sun had known each other for about five years being fell out over some trouble, and on at school together. Last year they Thursday night they met. An argument ensued then Wong struck Sun in the face with his fat. The latter fell to the ground. He ro gained his footing and
hurled n bottle of hair oil which he carrying at his compatript. Wong ducked and the battle struck Yau Kau, a friend of Wong, on the head and broke, the splintered glass in- juring Wong Ping and llo Fong. A large powd gathered. An In- dian Constable came on the accue and took all parties to the station.

The magistrate decided to bind both defendants over, and also ordered Sun ilon-wat to pay So amends to Yau. Kan and $3 amends to Wong Ping,
