I have the honour to inform you that at the Sitting of yesterday, I laid before the Assembly the report of the Committee on the Bill for ratifying the Alman Treaty.
After a short interval, the motion "That the Bill be declared urgent" was carried.
The Bill may therefore be taken up definitely at any one of the following sittings.
The proceedings of yesterday are given in the "Journal" of the Earl of Derby.
