This Competition is being held Lady under the patronage of Southern, Sir Robert Ho Tung and

Shanghai, Sept. 13: In an interview with the local press yesterday Dr. H. H. Kung referred to the visit of S Frederick Leith-Ross. Dr. Kunk said that Sir Frederick's duty is similar to that of an adviser to

the British Embassy. Dr. Kung further stated that the Chinese Government will receive him if he approaches the Chinese Authorities and will render him all facilities possible.

Dr. Kung also said that he wish- to pay a visit to Canton, but he had been so busy that it had been impossible to fix a dute for bis denarture for the South-Wal Kiu Yat Pao,
