Business of a formal nature was transneted at the monthly meeting of the Hongkong Football Association Council held in the Association's office, King's Building, yesterday afternoon, Major C. M. Manners, Chairman; presiding.
Application to use the Association's room for meetings twice a month and sm other occasions as required was approved.
Mr. G. Hill, of the Hongkong Foot ball Club, was appointed Honorary Secretary's Assistant, on the nomina- tion of Mr. Manning Railten (Hon. Secretary) approved by the Council.
The meeting also approved of the Hon. Secretary writing to the Hong- kong Football Club for the use of the open stand during the ensuing
