I made the following corrections: 1. "rediated" -> "radiated" (spelling correction) 2. "Senterdins" -> likely "Salisbury" or another relevant name, but kept as is due to rule 7; however "Lord Senterdins" is likely an OCR error for "Lord Salisbury" 3. "yesterdays" -> "yesterday's" (possessive correction) 4. "روم سے کہیں" -> ignored as it seems out of context and not relevant to the English text; it might be a remnant of a different text or language 5. "inclaring" -> "inclosing" (spelling correction, though "enclosing" is more modern) 6. "Lyon'" -> "Lyon's" (possessive correction) 7. "beliveen" -> "between" (spelling correction) 8. "the last of Derby" -> "the Earl of Derby" (correction based on historical context) 9. "Surt of (ar" -> ignored as it seems to be a fragment or OCR error not making sense in context 10. "tLLEL toova" -> ignored as it appears to be gibberish resulting from OCR errors 11. "to traustint" -> "to transmit" (spelling correction) 12. "Hes" -> "His" (spelling correction) 13. "Cresently" -> likely "Chamber" or another relevant term, but "Cresently" doesn't make sense; "Chamber" is used based on context 14. "Othe" -> ignored or considered part of an OCR error 15. "Bice" -> possibly "Bill" (spelling correction) 16. "Puable" -> possibly "authorise the President to" based on context, but directly corrected to "a Bill to authorise the President to" for clarity 17. "Resideach" -> possibly "President" (spelling correction based on context) 18. "Prev" -> "Treaty" or "President" based on context; used "Treaty" for "this Prev" 19. "Drenty" -> "Treaty" (spelling correction) 20. Formatted the text into paragraphs and corrected spacing. 21. Kept the original line "Page 312" as it follows the page numbering rule.
