Addis Ababa, Aug. 28. The Governor of Hussa Province has reported that the Issa tribe, out of French Somaliland, has raided Ethiopian territory and killed sixty persons.
It is learned here that the French Cabinet has met and agreed that it is impossible to settle the Italo- Ethiopian trouble without a war. However, the chance of localising the conflict and preventing a break- down of the League of Nations is still good, and France therefore will oppose international perialties against. Italy.
