Brussels, Aug. An attempt to regulate the world sugar production under the Chadbourne plan is favourably viewed by producers, and the British Government is to bo ap- proached to call a World Sugar Conference for this purpose.
Those conclusions were reached to-day at a meeting of the Interna- tional Sugar Council.
