In obedience to Lord Shifi's commands, we have the honor to Report.

That in Our opinion, the Court had the right to exercise jurisdiction in the suit for wages, between an American seaman and the master of an American vessel.

And that jurisdiction is freely exercised by the U.S. Courts, and the decision of the Marine Court at New York expressly recognizes that right, (see page 13 of the report of the case, Petersen v. Brockleman).
