The Wall Street Journal report on yesterday's market: Stocks to-day were upward in the most attive War Loan 34 session experienced since May 28, The Dow Jones Industrial average was the highest since 1981, while the Utility average reaches a new high level for 1936. The fact that Utilities generally reached new high lovels for this year is attributed to good output figures plus advices, that legislation hostile to business is not likely to eventuate.
