all three charges brought against
him.
The charges were:
(1) That he made a false entry in a balance sheet belonging to the In ternational Recreation Club purpor ting to show that at the end of the year 1934, a sum of $15,375.40 in the aggregato was due to the said Club) from herdry members in respect of anpaid accounts wherens in truth and in fact the aggregate amount so duo! was $22.003.12.
(2) That he made a falso entry in a general Journal belonging to the International Recreation Club
pur- porting to show that the aggregato Sum of $4,116.20 had been paid in the month of January, 1935, to the snld Club by members in respect of moneys in the year 1934 due from such members on chits, whereas in truth and in fact the said aggregate' sum of $4,110,20 was so paid in the year 1931.
(3) That he made a false entry in a general journal belonging to the International Recreation Club

porting to show that the aggregate! Aum of $1,315 had been
paid in the
month of January, 1935, to the Club: by members in respect of subscrip tions due from such members in the your 1934 whereas in truth and fnet the said aggregate Bum |$1,315 was so pald in the year 1934, The alleged discrepancies amounted to more than $22,682.-Reuter.
