ernments have let it be known in Berlin that the mere reaffirmation of Germany's desire for peace won't give satisfaction.

Chancellor Alolf Hitler's speech upon Germany's foreign policy, scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, is likely to be affected very considerably and in important ways, by General Hermann Goering's week-end con- sultations upon Germany's relationship with her neighbours.
