We have applied to the Captain of the Slup "HMS Carnarvon" now here, for delivery of the Boat and other things belonging to the "Sbund", stolen by Mutineers. He states the Officials at Hong Kong took charge of the Boat &c. & refused to allow him to bring them to England; he also states the Boat was in good order - please inform us what steps we should take to obtain possession of the said Boat.
