Venice, April 11. Most of the 300 masterpieces of 'to Titian, regarded as impossible imitate as a master of colour, will next Spring return to this city, where they were conceived and exe- cuted, and from which they left for various parts of the world more than four centuries ago.
Titian's works will be assembled in the beautiful Pesaro palace, on the Grand Canal, a masterpiece in itself, and placed on public view for over six months. Through this exposition, Venice will honour the genius of its greatest artist, and will make an affirmation of itself As a work art contre.
