In compliance with the directions contained in your letter of the 25th September last, the Crown Agents submitted to Sir John Coode the whole of papers and drawings relative to the proposed reconstruction of the Praya in Hong Kong, and I have now the honor to enclose for the Earl of Carnarvon's information on the subject, the documents enumerated on the other side.
