ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION 'HELD: YESTERDAY

Glowing tributes to the work of Mr. H. Hampion, the retiring Honorary Secretary of the Hongkong Lawn llowin Association were pald by Mr. B. E. Maughan, President, and representatives of clubs in the Lengue at the annual general- meeting of the Association, held yesterday afternoon in the board room of Messrs, Jardine, Matheson and Co.

Regret was also expressed at the latention of the Thikeo Recreation Club to withdraw from the First Division of-the- League. It was suggested that Talkeo should reconsider their decision, but Mr. T. F. Stainton, who represented the Club, told the meeting that their decision to enter the Second Division .was definite,
