The following reports on the New York stock market have been received) through Messrs, Swan, Culbertson & Fritz: The Wall Strait Journal ro- port on yesterday's markets: Stocks declined as much as three pointo owing to general pessimisms over the Utility situation, plus the hesitancy complicated news, of Traders due including, firstly, the Treasury's call of First Liberty Bonds, which it believed will make present holdern buy Municipal issues, thus placing more government bonds in banks; secondly, the buying of Sterling and sale of Franca abroad. The dollar rose to a premium in terms of frames, due to further talk that the monetary conference at Bruanels on Monday might break up, with Belgiam, later forced to adopt devaluation. were irregularly higher owing to the Stocks call of First Liberty Bonda. on the Curb exchange were ninu fr regularly higher, in spite of profit. taking. Brokers' loans have increased by $1,000,000..
