lecture An interesting technical education and the m portant part it occupies in Industrial progressiveness of the Colony was given by Mir. G. White, B.C., the Principal of the Junior Technical School, to a meeting of the Teachers' Association held at the Hongkong University yester day.
In the course of his address, Mr. White mentioned that a Trade School would be part of the scheme to provide a technical education for vocational students.
