Budapest, March 5. The Parliament of Hungary has been dissolved by the Prime Minister, Dr. Gomboes, who an- nounces that elections will be held in mid-April.
The decision to dissolve Parlia ment, according to political ob- aorvers, was due to the failuru of Dr. Gomboes and Count Stephen Bethlen to agree upon necessary political reforms.
The former had planned an extension of the Regent's preroga tive. aa 21 safeguard against Radical Agrarian and Socialist tendencies. It was argued by him that the Regent, Admiral Nicholas Horthy. should he given special powers in the event of emergency.
