Mr. Austin's despatch
of October
150 of the 2nd of November respecting the necessity
for establishing a depot
for cattle I have the
honour to observe that
I do not find any provision made in the estimates for 1876 to cover the estimated cost of the work (£2000), but I shall have no objection to your proceeding with it as soon as due provision is made for
the necessary expenditure.
