MILITARY ATTACHE AT SHANGHAI LEGATION
Shanghai, Feb. 8. Significance is attached to the appointment made by the Japanese Government of Major Dohihara, who played an important role in the creation of Manchukuo, shortly after the Mukden Incident in 1931, as Military Attache of the Japanese Legation, to be stationed at Shang- hai in place of Colonel Suzuki.
Major Dohthara is visiting Pel- ping and will shortly visit Tientsin. before proceeding to Shanghal to naume his now post-Central News Agency).
