Case of Assault Newspaper extract containing an account of a case of assault arising out of the proposed emigration to Acheen, in the course, before the Magistrate 22nd October 1875 of which the evidence taken reveals the existence of proposed contract.
Attorney General's Opinion states that the evidence discloses sufficient proof 22nd October 1875 of the men being under Contract to justify the Emigration Officer in withholding his certificate.
