Harbour Master states that application has

been made by the Passage Broker for the S.S. Abbotsford to have the intending passengers to Acheen examined immediately.

of the Harbour Master to permit the emigrants to embark on the ground of there being a verbal contract (vide enclosure no.9) restates conditions of emigration, and requests to be allowed to be present at a further examination.
