During the first six months of this year, $57,981 having been collected under these Heads of Revenue, the Stamp Revenue has increased. There has been a slight increase of late under their License Revenue. Reduction in the number of Licenses issued.

The value of European property has decreased, but there has been an increase in the number and value of Chinese property.

This is estimated from the receipts during the first half of this year.
