The Hongkong Boxing Association are to be congratulated on the fine programme they placed before a large attendance at the Lee Theatre on Saturday night in the first tournament of the

SEASON.

His Excellency Sir Frederic C. Dreyer, Cin-C, and His Excellency Major General O. C. Barrett, G.O.C., were among the spectators, and the Grat named presented the W. Ward Belt to the Lightweight Champion of the Colony during the evening.

The main bout was the contest for this belt between Stoker Pryall (130 lbs) and Stoker Dee (133 lbs), the former winning by a large margin of points over 15 rounds and thus retaining the Gitle.
