When a trade marks prosecution came before Mr. Schofield at the Central Magistracy yesterday · after- noon, Mr. 11. L. Dennys, for the Sino-American Optical Co., the do- fendants, criticised, as "libustering methods," the action of the imports and Exports Department in taking
possession of suspected goods with- but the justilention of a written complaint, which he suggested was lacking in the case.
