WASHINGTON, NOV. 26. THE UNITED STATES IS STUDYING A PLAN WHICH WILL BRING TO THE WORLD GREATER ASSURANCE OF LASTING PEACE, BY MEANS OF WHICH AMERICA HOPES TO PRESERVE AN ATMOSPHERE OF CALM IN THE PACIFIC AND A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH ENGLAND AND THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
