The above photograph was taken, in the Glen, Dunfermline, Scotland, where the wild birds are extraordinarily tome. The bird was actually on the hand of the photo- grapher, who had the camera slung round his neck, vaing Rolleifiez Prozar Lens. *Exposure 1/100th sec, at-1/5.8.
