The annual Inter-departmental com- petition for Government servants was commenced last Sunday and will be continued during the coming week- end.
Last week the Sanitary Department "A" (P. E. Knight C. Strange, S. Eccleshall and W. Hill) beat Small Units (A. O. Brawn, J. Deakin, S. Randle and G. C. Mona) by 10-17 on the Hongkong Football Club and the Sanitary Department
(J. Gellatly. W. Old, J. J. Gregory and G. E. Boylance) beat the Public Works Department "C" (E. B. Reed, J. S. Logan T. W. Carr and W. E. foilanda) by 17-10 on the Pallco R. Ç. green.
