Swan, Culbert- son and Fritz: The Wall Street Journ al report on yesterday's marketa: Stocks moved upward owing to more optimistic outlook, which gaverned by the expectation that the Fall business revival will get good Klart in October. Tagatosh Kaneko, a broker of mining ore, residing at No. 50 Lockhart Road, first floor, said his wife kept. licenced massage establishment on the floor. His wife had one female assistant last month, but did not have one now. He was not known as "the doctor" but was not a doctor. He was not in any way connected with Japanese brothels, and had never had any association with them. He had not paid any money to the polleo in connection with brothels..
