At Geneva to-day the Lengue Council decided to call an extra- ordinary meeting on November 15 to discuss organisation of the Saar Plebiscite, which is due take place on January 13, 1936.

A report containing a proposal to this effect was presented by Haron Aloisi, Italy, on behalf of the Committee of Three.
