considering their position as regards the Treaty, such a course would at least be advisable, even, if in the opinion of His Excellency the Administrator, impracticable.
I trust that the Administrator will see in these suggestions nothing more than a desire on my part to further the object in view, namely, a final and effective settlement of the Rendition question.
