London, Aug. 28.
A Court Circular issued to-night announces that H.R.H. Prince George, the youngest son of Their Majesties the King and Queen, has been betrothed to Princess Marina, the third daughter of Prince Nicholas of Greece.
The announcement came as a complete surprise to the public, for while rumours of the imminence of the Prince's betrothal to Princess Marina spread when the Prince recently went on a vacation to Austury were promptly denied.

The raid was carried out by fifty picked men of the Riot Squad and they descended upon the Vienna barracks of the Heimwehr with lightning swiftness, making over twenty arrests after a "rough- house."
