Vienna, Aug. 28. Reports that Dr. Scbuschnigg, the Austrian Chancellor, kas pro- -paredʼa dossier allegedly exposing German complicity in the tragic events of July, have been officially confirmed.
It was announced today that the Austrian Government will shortly publish all documents and evidence Kathered in investigations in the form of a "Brown Book."
Publication is planned to take place prior to the opening of the Dext Assembly of the League of Nations.

A Court Circular issued to-night announces that H.R.H. · Prince George, the youngest son of Their Majesties the King and Queen, has been betrothed to Princess Marina; the third daughter of Prince Nicholas of: Greece.
The announcement came as a complete surprise to the public, for while rumours of the imminence of the Prince's betrothal to Princess Marina spread when the Prince recently went on a vacation to Austria, they were promptly denied.
