It will be necessary to report the case of Landstein & Su Dues King of Anuani to the Secretary of State for the Colonies as, apart from the important points raised in that case, the Annamese Government propose referring the matter for the consideration of H.M. Government.
His Excellency The Administrator would therefore be obliged by the Attorney General drawing up a full report upon it for transmission to the Colonial Office.
