The Petition of William Rudolph Landstein of Hong Kong merchant
the above named Plaintiff respectfully showeth as follows:-
1. The Plaintiff is a merchant carrying on business at Hongkong aforesaid under the style or firm of Landstein and Company.
2. The Defendant is the King of the Empire of Annam and he is hereby sued in his capacity of Merchant or trader of the said Empire of Annam under the Protectorate of the French Republic.
