amateur photographers.
2.-The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by the form below,

in the Telegraph is reserved. 4-Photographs which have been already entered
in local competitions are ineligible. 5.-At the conclusion of the Competition, entries will be returned to competitors on application at this Offeo within seven days.
