Q. I may mention incidentally that under Article II of the same Convention the privileged Packets shall submit to the sanitary police, and Customs regulations concerning arrival and departure of Passengers.

on a charge of larceny on board that vessel. If the French Consul's claim is correct the Courts of this Colony
can have no Jurisdiction
in this case; and should His
Excellency desire it the question
of Jurisdiction could be raised on this charge, and the decision of the Supreme Court of the
Colony taken on the question of Jurisdiction.
