Enquires as to Attorney General representing Singapore Government before Mixed Court. 12 June Governor of Singapore to Governor of Hongkong Attorney General to represent owners of Carisbrooke not the Government of Singapore. 17 June Governor of Hongkong to Ningpo Acknowledges receipt of telegram and states that the Consul has been communicated with as to obtaining the release of the Vessel on security.
