The following Rules will govern the Competition:---
1. The Competition is confined · exclusively – ta
amateur photographers.
2.-The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are judged to be the best photogimphs in each Section. Euch entry mut he accompanied by the form below. 3-The right to publish any or all of the entries
in the Telegraph is reserved,
Photographs which have been already entered in local competitions are ineligible.
5. At the conclusion of the Competition, entries will be returned to competitors os application at this Once within seven days.
No responsibility will be accepted for non- delivery, loss or damage. 7-Photographs which must not be less than 2%" * 3 (excepting in the Children's Scetion) should be printed a black and white, with the entry form lightly pasted on the back.
